What Happened To Africa?- Says Man Who Visited Paris In Year 2019, As He Compares Nigeria To Paris

Nigerian man named Olanrewaju Oyinbooke, who attended a Data Science Event at Paris has shared a post on his LinkedIn platform, comparing Nigeria to Paris.

At Some point in Olanrewaju post, he pondered, what happened to Africa?

Nov 2019, I was in Paris for a Data Science Event. What an exposure! gist for another day.

I went around the city and visited several places. I never believed my eyes. I kept asking myself, what happened to Africa? gist for another day too.

With what I saw, I asked myself what exactly is the problem in Paris, I found none. Don’t get me wrong, I saw citizens with placards supported by police on a protest walk, this in itself made me shout “You people should just getat. What is your problem, come to Nigeria.”

As I continue to compare Nigeria to Paris, I realized the gap is huge and all we have in Nigeria is OPPORTUNITIES.

Every challenge we have today are opportunities and the world will reward whosoever rises to solve them.

It is not enough to complain, we need to start fixing!
