Harrison Gwamnishu is trending after he was earlier ac¢used of removing 5.4 Milli0n from a 20 Milli0n naira ransom money for an abdu¢ted couple.

Actress Sarah Martins in a new post on Instagram has come out to defend the activist.

“Today, I want to raise my voice in appreciation of a man whose courage, compassion, and sacrifice continue to inspire millions.

For years, Harrison has stood on the frontline of humanitarian work in Nigeria, consistently risking his own life to fight against kidnapping, rescue victims, and bring hope to families who had almost given up.

His work is not just service it is bravery in its purest form.

Recently, conversations have circulated about the alleged ₦5.5m said to be missing from funds meant for a kidnap rescue mission.
Before people jump to conclusions, it is important to understand that rescue operations are complex, demanding, and extremely r!sky.

Those who do this work often incur heavy internal expenses from sorting and motivating informants, to supporting crew members, securing transportation, fueling vehicles, paying for accommodation, and feeding during dangerous missions. These are realities that many do not see, yet they are necessary costs in the pursuit of saving lives.

Instead of tearing down someone who consistently chooses danger so others may live, we should ask ourselves one important question:

If Nigerians silence Harrison from doing this difficult, life-risking humanitarian work, who else will step forward to carry this burden?

Who else will risk their life again and again for people they do not know?

Harrison is not perfect, none of us are but his heart, courage, and track record speak louder than any rumor. I choose to honor that.
I choose to value a man who has given so much of himself for the safety and freedom of others.
