-2010 at Venice airport, Italy on my way to Canada for graduate school
-2012 and 2014 during my PhD
-2017 as a Postdoc and searching for a faculty position

-2019 and 2020 as a Computer Science Prof.

Here are high-level changes in my career life:

  • I won over 50 national and international awards
  • I moved from being a student to being a professor
  • I got tenured and promoted
  • I became a Canada Research Chair
  • Got inducted into the Royal Society of Canada
  • I moved from 20s to 30s 🤣 etc.

Time changes everything and dreams come true. Keep pushing!
