A Nigerian man who was present on stage during the moment First Lady Oluremi Tinubu interrupted Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke at a public event has shared his perspective on what truly happened.

His comments come in the wake of widespread reactions to the First Lady’s remarks while the governor was singing during the ceremony.

The man, identified as @akintollgate, offered clarification amid the online criticism, noting that many people might not have the full context.

He posted a video capturing a different angle of the exchange between the First Lady and Governor Adeleke.

Reflecting on what he observed, he said: “She interrupted others during the program to keep to the schedule. I was on stage the entire event. It may not look pleasant, but it wasn’t malicious.”

He further explained that the First Lady did not specifically target the governor but had interrupted other participants as well, adding that her actions were aimed at ensuring the program stayed on time.
