Before beginning her commercial career, Sandra Chukwudozie was a Sustainable Development Consultant with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization.

When she started her business, Salpha, she aimed to give Africans access to clean energy while also utilizing the skills and enthusiasm of young Africans who wanted to make a difference.

By 2030, she hopes to have 30 million people on the African continent have access to renewable energy through Salpha.

She was a trailblazer for 2022 on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
