Proud Lady Who Got Hired By LinkedIn 6 Months Ago, Celebrates Her Confirmation

Lady named Stephanie O. has shared her testimony with friends as she was hired by LinkedIn six months and she just passed her probation.

She went further to share her experience on everything she learnt in the six months period.

After 6 months of working at LinkedIn I am happy to share that I am officially [IN] as I’ve passed my probation period & also made my Quarter.

Personally this year has not always been easy, therefore I wanted to celebrate this moment, as we should not forget to celebrate our small and/or big wins💡

What have I learned the passed 6 months?

  1. Don’t pre-reject yourself. Imposter Syndrome is real but so are plausible positive outcomes.
  2. Always keep learning: I gave myself time to soak it al in, and the things that looked scary and complicated in the beginning, aren’t that scary and complicated anymore. Now I’m looking forward to learn even more.
  3. The power of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging; I have seen it being applied and put into action and it really does bring a smile to my face.
  4. The power of collaboration; everyone is genuinely willing to help out, which makes being a new person + work in general a lot more easier. So don’t be afraid to ask for help.
  5. The power of speaking to and reaching out to connect with others; I can genuinely say that I’ve met amazing people here and I am grateful to have met every one of you.
