Princess Damilola Seeks Clerics’ Help To Find Life Partner

Popular Nigerian comedian Damilola Adekoya, widely known as Princess Damilola, has stirred widespread online reactions after releasing a New Year video appeal calling on prominent Christian leaders to help her find a suitable husband.

In the video, Princess Damilola addressed Pastor Obola Chidu, Pastor Philip Olubaki, Pastor Jerry Eze, Apostle Joshua Selman, and Apostle Femi Lazarus, urging them to take practical steps beyond prayers and sermons by recommending responsible and kind single men within their congregations

The comedian, who described herself as single and divorced, said she has followed years of Christian teachings on faith, fasting, boldness, and taking action. She explained that her public appeal was a deliberate step to apply those teachings by clearly stating her intentions and asking for help.

She specifically requested introductions to single men in their 40s or early 50s, including widowers or divorced men, but stressed that she is not interested in separated men, citing the need for emotional and marital clarity.

Princess Damilola also spoke about the mockery and negative comments she has received online, noting that her appeal is sincere and rooted in faith, healing, and readiness to try again after past emotional trauma.

She encouraged the pastors to simply share Instagram handles or facilitate contact, assuring them she would take it from there. Adding a light but confident tone, she described herself as a source of peace, growth, and blessings, humorously promising “maximum peace of mind and limitless greatness” to the right partner.

She hinted that if no action is taken, she may return with another video next month and is even open to sponsored posts to amplify the appeal.

Princess Damilola concluded by stating that her request aligns with Christian teachings on being equally yoked, adding that she prefers meeting a partner within the faith community she has consistently supported.
