Pastor Enenche Awards Full Scholarship To Dancing Student During Service
Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr Paul Enenche, has awarded a full university scholarship to a 300 level student who caught his attention while dancing energetically during a church service.
In a viral video from the service, Pastor Enenche halted the sermon momentarily after noticing the young man’s enthusiastic praise session from the gallery. He first announced that he owed the student “a shoe and a suit”, and instructed officials to bring him down to the main auditorium.
As the student made his way forward, Pastor Enenche engaged the congregation with humorous remarks about his dancing and appearance. Upon the student’s arrival, the pastor gifted him a new suit and a pair of shoes.
The gesture quickly escalated into something far greater. Pastor Enenche announced that the young man would receive a fully funded scholarship covering his remaining university education, including school fees, accommodation, and allowance.
“You cannot dance like that and not have something change in your life,” he said, adding that the blessing was a prophetic sign of divine turnaround.
Drawing a biblical reference, he told the congregation that the student had received more than clothing, describing the gifts as “mantle” rather than mere dress.
“How do you feel? School fees is paid. Allowance is settled. Accommodation is settled. Dress is settled,” he told the visibly emotional student, presenting the scholarship as a symbol of how “God is about to overhaul somebody’s life.”
The moment drew cheers and applause as the student tried on the new suit and shoes, while Pastor Enenche encouraged the church to see the act as a picture of divine elevation and destiny.
