Very fortunate to be happy where I work. Also, it’s incredible to have space to pursue my passions.

Our CEO, Satya said “use Microsoft as a platform to pursue your passions” and I’ve never seen a space walk the talk this hard!

Not only am I part of the phenomenal team that puts these shows together (s/o #TeamESC) — but, hosting at the company’s largest show of the year? Pursue my hosting passion? Over 310K global viewers of these shows… 🥹

And, I show up as me, always! This isn’t a hype post for the company. It’s acknowledging that I don’t have to shapeshift to be in this moment. That’s my experience and I can only speak to my lived experiences.

I was rejected from 200+ companies and jobs. Companies that felt I wasn’t “good enough”. That tried to make me shapeshift to “get in”… I didn’t make it here alone, shout out to those that uplifted me and didn’t expect me to shapeshift.
