I have always looked forward to the day that I will share a post on LinkedIn about my relicensing journey to becoming a lawyer in Canada.

The background story, speedy timeline, and my Canadian workplace experience which I intended to share was going to serve as an encouragement to other internationally trained lawyers currently navigating the system.

On December 9, 2022, I was called to the Canadian bar and it was an awesome day indeed. However, the events of that day have changed the trajectory of this post.

Therefore, while I am still letting my LinkedIn family know that I am now a dual qualified lawyer with a licence to practice law in two beautiful countries: Canada and Nigeria, this post is all about gratitude to God and the people that helped make this possible.
