Lady Who Didn’t Speak English Till Her 3rd Grade Bags Masters Degree

A young lady named Arianna Barrera has gone down memory lane as she bags Masters degree from one of the most prestigious schools in the nation.

She shared the amazing news with friends on LinkedIn and wrote;

I am the little girl that cleaned houses with her mom growing up and didn’t speak English until 3rd grade. This week I also become the girl with an MBA from one of the most prestigious schools in the nation.

I can’t begin to express how much hard work it took for me and my family. My mom and dad never get enough credit – they didn’t know the language, they were 18 years old when I was born, but somehow they managed.

I am so proud and yet so humbled.
