Pretty lady named, Rahmatullahi Adepo has shared on LinkedIn, how she decided to apply for a graduate internship with a construction company after she graduated and was waiting for youth service as she wanted to get busy. She got accepted, (smart moves) as she continued there during her youth service, gained loads of experience and got retained.

2 years of Growth😊
It all started in October of 2019, the first time I got to listen to Engr. Igbuan Okaisabor. It was after my final semester exams for my Bachelors degree at the University of Lagos, I attended the soft-skill training organized by Kaiser Foundation for Social Development.
We were taught relevant career skills such as interpersonal skill, presentation skill, professional ethics, etc. It was a very insightful training and I must say, these skills have helped me up till this day.
After school, I really wanted to do something while waiting for service so I applied for a graduate internship with Construction Kaiser Limited (CKL). I got accepted and was posted to Land Surveying department. It was an exciting experience working with different professionals and getting more familiar with the surveying instruments, so I continued there for my service and I got retained as a staff after my service year.
I’m most grateful to all my colleagues, especially my line manager Surv. Oluwatosin Soremekun , Abioye Oluwaseun Johnson and Surv Michael Adeyemo for being very accommodating and for to their support since I began.
Happy work anniversary to me🥳 cheers to more years of exponential growth🥂.
