Lady Moves Corn-Selling Mother And Father To Canada After Years Of Hardship In Nigeria
A Nigerian lady has moved her parents to Canada after years of hardship in Nigeria, sharing emotional before-and-after photos to celebrate the milestone.
The story was shared on TikTok by user @doccy_glamour_hair, who documented her mother’s long struggle as a corn seller and the sacrifices both parents made to raise their family.
In the video, she first displayed photos of her mother at her roadside corn stall, followed by images of her father.
Moments later, the video captured the emotional scene of both parents at the immigration office, processing their travel documents, and finally arriving in Canada.
Reflecting on the journey, she wrote: “I watched my parents struggle till their old age. They worked so hard to take good care of us. Even I can’t do the kind of work they did because it was real hard work. But at the end of the tunnel, it was all laughter. From Nigeria to Canada — it was a dream come true for them. I am so happy for them because they truly deserve it and more.”
The heartwarming post has since gone viral, drawing emotional reactions from social media users who praised her for honoring her parents and giving them a better life after years of sacrifice.
