Lady Calls Nigeria Hellfire After Travelling to Kenya, Gets Dragged On Social Media

A Nigerian lady identified as Aina Dada has caused a stir on social media after calling her country hellfire lite and comparing it to Kenya.

She took to her Twitter page to share some pictures of herself in Kenya and captioned them: “Don’t let anybody deceive you; Nigeria is Hellfire lite.” Aina’s tweet did not go down well with Nigerians who flooded the comment section of her post to defend their country.

Aina Dada described Nigeria as hellfire lite and her description caused a commotion on social media.

Tweep with the handle @just1keji expressed displeasure over the tweet, saying comparing Nigeria to Kenya is wrong.

She wrote: “Nigerians just love to talk down their countries. We have our challenges. But even Kenyans are disagreeing with this. We are a country with a top seven world population index.

Comparing to a much smaller nation is wrong. Millions of Nigerians live better than most Kenyans.” Kenyans also reacted to the tweet as some of them disagreed with Aina.

One tweep with the handle @ogxto commented: “All the things built here in Kenya are Chinese owned. Also, we don’t have self made dollar billionaires in Kenya, even a single one.”

@IamSassie reacted: “She and others like her are foolish. Nigeria is a space inhabited by Nigerians. If Nigeria is bad then it was spoilt by Nigerians, same mentality of people migrating. Someday, the Kenyans will ask Nigerians to leave their country and we will be here, watching.”
