Ghanaian man named Peter Bawuah has shared the reasons why he succeeded abroad in a space of just 3 years.

He took time to outline the bold decisions he made and how he shaped him.

Sharing on Facebook, he wrote:

“When I came abroad, I took some bold decisions and it has shaped me a lot.

  1. I told myself I will not engage in womanizing, sleeping with ladies which can drain my spiritual strengths and draw me back from my destiny. It wastes time and resources.
  2. I decided to cut off anything that will destroy my finances. Money is very important especially when you first come to a different environment. Managing your finances is a project of wisdom.
  3. I decided to not live falsely to impress people that I have arrived. I eat what I can afford and appreciate my humble beginning.
  4. I decided to not to forget where God took me from. I have always remained grateful to the very people who genuinely supported me, my destiny helpers.
  5. I decided not to speak against people who are struggling to make it. I realized that I am not better than others. It is just a favour that has fallen on me.
  6. I advised myself to never to drink alcohol and engagge in drugs. Things that can destroy my health. I decided to stay away from people who smoke chemicals, bad influencers, and destiny killers.
  7. I decided to stay in my single room to avoid trouble. I decided to appreciate my bed, shoes, and things the I wear. I avoided unnecessary parting and wasting.
  8. I decided to help when I can, live by truth and let people know my predicament.
  9. I decided to use my social media to shape and inspire others. No jealousy, no competition.
  10. I decided not to involve myself with the privacy of others. I don’t talk about people’s marriages, relationships, fighting on social media and sabotaging others. I am just a guy God is blessing.”
