“I Could Have Lost My Life In June Of This Year, I Went Through A Horrific Incident That Landed Me In Unplanned Surgery”-. Adesua Etomi Shares Testimony After A Near Death Experience

Nollywood actress Adesua Etomi has shared her testimony after escaping death.

The wife of Banky W, in a series of Instagram posts, revealed that she could have lost her life in June of this year, but God saved her. She disclosed that she went through a horrific incident that landed her in unplanned surgery.

She said the surgery was ironically the least dramatic part of what she went through. She disclosed that the incident happened in the UK with her husband and their sons.

Although she did not share further details about the incident, she expressed gratitude to her Maker for helping her survive it.

Adesua admonished the public to be softer, kinder, gentler, forgiving, patient, loving and peaceful. She vowed never to take another day for granted and advised the public to do the same.

In her words:

“Long read, but please stay with me.
I could have lost my life in June of this year.

I went through a horrific incident that landed me in unplanned surgery.
The surgery was ironically the least dramatic part of what I went through.
I was in the UK with my husband and sons (sons? I have two sons).
We were there to serve God. We had two speaking engagements. One in London and the other in Manchester.

If even one single detail of that day were different, I wouldn’t be here today. I shudder when I think about it. The thing about these sorts of experiences is that they change you, and they changed me, but not in the way you’d expect.

I have become even more aware of the goodness and presence of God. Like a map, I can literally look back over that day and trace how His hands were all over that situation. There is nothing anyone can tell me, God is real!

Today, I woke up, felt the rain on my face, went to church, sang praises to God, prayed, toasted my husband, hugged my babies a little tighter, laughed, ate, chatted with some of my friends… What a miraculous day I have already experienced.

Let’s be softer, kinder, gentler, forgiving, patient, loving, and peaceful.
I will never take another day for granted. Neither should you”.
