‘I Am Not A Fan Of Brides Kneeling At Weddings To Feed The Groom!— Media Personality, Ifedayo

Influencer Ifedayo Agoro recently shared her thoughts on Middle Ground with Frank and Ife, expressing her discomfort with the tradition of brides kneeling to feed their husbands during weddings.

Speaking on the podcast, she said “I fed you cake during our wedding, but I just didn’t kneel down,” she told her husband, Frank.

Frank explained the tradition, saying, “The custom is that a bride learns how to feed her husband properly. You kneel down to give me the cake, and when you go into your husband’s house you follow suits, that’s how you follow the tradition.”

Ife responded, “I know, and that’s the issue. I didn’t want to be a hypocrite because I never used to kneel down.”

Her remarks have sparked conversations about the relevance of certain cultural practices in modern weddings and respecting personal boundaries.
