Hilda Baci Becomes Three-Time Guinness World Records Holder As Her Nigerian Style Jollof Rice Simultaneously Qualified As The Largest Serving Of Rice Overall
Nigerian chef and entrepreneur Hilda Baci has announced that she is now officially a three-time Guinness World Records holder, following a fresh confirmation from Guinness World Records.
Baci revealed that she recently received an email from Andrew Fanning, Head of Client Partnering at Guinness World Records that her team’s achievement for the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice had also simultaneously qualified as the largest serving of rice overall.
According to Guinness World Records, the dual qualification meant Baci was proactively awarded an additional world record title, bringing her total number of certified records to three.
Reacting to the development, Baci said she was shocked and grateful, noting that she only discovered the additional recognition months after the original record announcement.
She credited her partner Oreoluwa Atinmo and entire team for their role in the achievement, describing the journey as a shared vision executed side by side.
Baci also expressed gratitude to Guinness World Records for the recognition and to supporters who stood by her throughout the process, describing the moment as a powerful way to step into 2026.
