Only after finding a professor in Canada who was an expert in my field of interest did I decide to study there. As a foreign student, I had no idea Canada had so much to offer.

Hence, as I enter another year, I am grateful for many things.

I am grateful to God for life;
I am grateful for good health;
I am grateful for family;
I am grateful for friends;
I am grateful for colleagues;
I am grateful for acquaintances;
I am grateful for progress;
I am grateful for my career choice/path;
I am grateful for being a
Nigerian;
I am grateful for being a
permanent resident of Canada.

This is merely a summarization of my gratitude.
