“From Cleaner To Warehouse Operative And A Permanent Staff”- Lady Shares How Her Husband Landed A Job At A Warehouse Company Just 3 Days After Landing in Uk

A young lady named Life with Mimi on Facebook has shared her family’s relocation journey. Mimi narrated how she and her husband landed in the UK 18th 2023 and by 21st of the same month her husband got a job as a cleaner at a warehouse company. He was so good at the job and he was made a warehouse operative, from there he was promoted to permanent staff.

Sharing on Facebook, she wrote:

“MY JAPA STORY CONTINUED- MY HUSBANDS JOB HUNTING EXPERIENCE

We arrived the Uk 🇬🇧 18th September 2023 and prior to us arriving we already had our CV arranged and even started searching for a job 😀

We knew we had to keep an open mind if we wanted to start earning as soon as possible because na only rent money plus small shinkili money we carry come.

As we arrived what i did was to Google recruiters around near us and I got alot of results, that was where the job started 😅

I called everyone of them one by one and one finally told my husband if he could start that same day, this was 21st September. This was a cleaning job in a warehouse and hubby jumped like he had won a lottery 🤣 because he didn’t like the idea of staying jobless for one month or more.

Hubby started working that same day as a cleaner and after 2 weeks they saw how hardworking he was and moved him to the warehouse operative role.

Fast forward to 2 years later hubby is a permanent staff with this same company and a Stock controller as he was promoted last year with a great raise 😊

We were so happy for that job as he got paid £100 pound for the 1 day he did that week, we didn’t stress for money in this country i tell you. God started providing from day 1😊
