
First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu Arrives At, Delta State On A One-Day Working Visit Focused On Women Empowerment, Youth Development, And Community Health Initiatives
Nigeria’s First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu arrived in Warri, Delta State on a one-day working visit focused on women empowerment, youth development, and community health initiatives.
The First Lady was received at the Warri Airport by top government officials, traditional rulers, and leaders of various women and youth groups in Delta State.
She commissioned several projects and engage directly with beneficiaries of the Renewed Hope Initiative in the region.
She also addressed a town-hall style gathering later this afternoon, where she will speak on the role of women in nation-building, the impact of the Renewed Hope Agenda at the grassroots, and ongoing federal interventions in education, health, and economic inclusion.
The visit underscores the First Lady’s continued commitment to championing the welfare of women, children, and vulnerable groups across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones.
She was accompanied by senior officials from the Office of the First Lady, the Ministry of Women Affairs, and representatives from various NGOs.
