Nigerian Lady named nurse Cynthia has shared her husband’s humble beginning story after he relocated to Canada for his master’s degree. Celebrating one year of acquiring his master’s, she shared details of his humble beginning during hard days of working at the farm to landing a better job.

Sharing his photos on Facebook, she wrote:

“Today marks the one-year anniversary of my husband’s graduation from the Master’s program in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Windsor, Canada 🇨🇦

It was not an easy decision,I remembered how we started managing just to make sure the proof of fund was not touched, anything extra spending was cut off.

He waited for visa for good 9months,he has to differ his admission. He was into telecomm engineer in Nigeria with a very good salary, but coming to Canada he could not get a job in telecommunications.

He started with odd jobs like going to farm to clear grasses, offloading loads and packing loads called moving jobs, worked in transport that he also off loads parcels.

These money was helping him pay off rents, feeding and other minors not school fees.At some point he felt bad that he can’t continue but was always on phone encouraging him that everything will better. He was strong in the lord too that was a great impact that helped him navigate.

To cut the story short he got another job where he do Excel works for an employer who is also an engineer but was into estimation,my hubby was not only doing the Excel work for the man,he was also learning what they were doing as estimators whenever he is doing the Excel stuff in the computer, after some months he graduated from the university. The man offered him full time job after his graduation after the employer finds out he can do the estimation well.

Upon staying with the employer for 1 year he got massive experience and started applying for jobs as an estimator, there are periods my hubby will be doing 2 to 3 interviews even at his work place. Not until he got a well paying job in Alberta that made us moved from Ontario to Calgary.

Always pay attention to what ever you are doing it can make a way for you oneday.

With this study route it opened lots of opportunities for us and at the end of the day Canada made us their permanent residents few months he graduated.

God is indeed faithful,Story is long I can’t even finish it but sorry for the long post.

If you are planning to relocate is never too late to start, even when everything seems impossible look beyoud it,be focused, unfriend people that will discourage you and always engage with your maker.

This will be your testimony oneday Amen.”.
