I Became An Armed Robber At Age 14, By Odumeje

The General Overseer of Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention Deliverance Ministry, Onitsha, Anambra State, Pastor Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, also known as Odumeje, recently shared his story of being involved in armed robbery at the age of 14.

In a viral video addressing his congregation, the cleric revealed that he grew up in a rough neighbourhood in Onitsha, Anambra State, which led him into a life of crime.

Odumeje explained how his journey from criminal activities to becoming a pastor was made possible by his mother, who played a pivotal role in guiding him towards Christianity and salvation.

Odumeje credited her influence as the turning point that transformed his life.

Odumeje said: β€œAt the age of 14 years, I did not visit Onitsha city. I was not born in a village, I was born in Onitsha City, No. 3, Nnewi Street, and I grew up in a dangerous street.

“I became an armed robber at the age of 14. I became a terrorist. Until Jesus Christ arrested me through the help of my mother to change my life. And a destroyer became a saviour.”
