Read his post below:

The day a worker dies is the day his boss starts looking for his replacement. Therefore, never prioritize any job over your family. In fact, it is far better to have your own business. Your children can’t inherit your job. But they can inherit your business. Moreover, a job is not designed to cure the disease of poverty. Jobs are more addictive than drugs. Your boss keeps you addicted to the job by your weekly or monthly salary fix, which is usually not enough for you to permanently cure poverty. Even if you have a job, cure yourself of that addiction by starting a side business today and gradually grow it to be your main business, then fire your boss before he can fire you and hire another”.
