Fresh Graduate Lands New Role As A Brand Alignment Officer At UBA Group

A young lady named Tatiana Eniang has shared her testimony on LinkedIn after encountering challenges, rejections during her application process for a banking job, though a fresh a graduate, she was determined to get a job.

Tatiana landed a new role as a Brand Alignment Officer at UBA Group. She has revealed how she got the job on her LinkedIn page, read her post below;

My First Step In The Journey Of A Thousand Miles.

As a fresh graduate, I was scared of what the future holds. With the low employment rate in the country, I took it upon myself to spread my tentacles and apply for jobs in every sector.

As a Mass Communication graduate, I even found myself applying for entry-level jobs in banks. I got tons of rejection emails and many never got back to me.

A few responded with positive responses but my heart was with the UBA Group

Amidst the excitement of joining the UBA Graduate Management Accelerated Program, another phase of fear began as I was worried about how I’ll fit into a core accounting job role with my background.

Little did I know that there was room for people like me. I was posted to a department where creativity thrives.

I’ve been with the Bank for a few months but today, I am happy to officially announce that I have started a role as a Brand Alignment Officer at UBA Group It’s an honour to work/have worked with amazing individuals.

Rather than being scared, I am ready to embrace this journey and grow in my career.
