Nigerian Entrepreneur Remembers His Late Mum Whom Influenced His Career At University Of Nottingham Almost 20 Years Ago
CEO, of Opportunik Global Fund,
Kola Oyeneyin has gone down memory lane as he remembers his late mum who helped him achieved his career of schooling at University of Nottingham where he studied computer almost 20 years ago.
He shared a throwback photo on his LinkedIn page and wrote;
It’s graduation season in England. Every year I remember this season with gratitude to God. Almost 20yrs ago, with my 1st degree in Computer Science from University of Nottingham.
I’ve been seeing pictures of parents with their now grown children, as I was back then.
It also triggers an emotional remembrance of my late mum, without whom this would have been impossible. As I do all the things I’ve been privileged to do, I cannot but remain eternally grateful for this one priceless gift, of quality education.
My desire is to help many achieve same, as long as I live. So help me God.
