Meet Keneilwe Ledwaba. She’s an accounting graduate from Mafikeng in North West. After she couldn’t find a job, she started a construction and renovation company called NeiTouch

She says:

” I learned every skill of the trade from my dad
‘I learned a lot of what I know today about construction from our family business which has been operational for the past 14 years. Additionally, it is not easy in the construction industry for a woman since this industry is male dominated.

People are often intrigued as to why am I an accounting graduate who works in construction, I always have to validate my reasons as to why did I settle for ‘such a job’ as the public labels it. Although it was a bumpy ride at first, I have developed interest over the years for the work I do and the nature of the business environment I operate in”
