A young Entrepreneur from South Africa named Makwande Gcora has changed the lives of many unemployed when he started his recruitment consultant company in year 2021.

Sharing the reason why he started the company on LinkedIn, he wrote:

I opened an office in Pretoria Central in 2021.

Organized a group of Graduates to start building with me.

There are few black people who are owning and operating successful recruitment consultant companies in South Africa so our company will to be one of the best!

The main goal to open this office was to close that gap and be a connection between workforce and potential employers.

It’s been working well although there are so many challenges that we face on a daily basis to build this business.

My team and I have helped a countless numbers of unemployed people to get permanent, contract and graduate internships Jobs In South Africa.

We as Makwande Careers -we are proud with a tremendous amount of impact we did on our people to change their lives to level up!

All difficulties that we are currently facing today. we are asking prayers to keep this initiative going forward and get stronger as we move forward.

No matter how long it takes. we are going to be a big company in the next 5 years in South Africa and Accross Africa as whole continent.
