A young man named Patrick Attankurugu has shared his grass to Grace story with a throwback photo.
Patrick who served his master for one year, got sponsored to the university by him. He went down memory lane remembering the days he engaged in illegal mining to take care of his high school education and how he traveled to Accra to work as an house help before God brought him this far.
Read his post below as shared on LinkedIn:
From 2013-2016, I had to engage in illegal mining to take care of my high school education.
2016, I wrote WASSCE and travelled to Accra where I got a job as house help.
After one year of working, my masters decided to put me through university, and years later, this is how far The Lord has brought me.
Next time you encounter someone who is engaged in illegal mining, you may hate the act, but please love the person. They don’t like the galamsey pit either. It’s extremely risky over there.
Maybe you are the one to help them out of the pit. You never know how much of a difference a little kindness can make in someone’s life.
