The most annoying thing is that these people know what to do, have the resources to do it but they choose to swallow all the money.
It can’t be well with bad
politicians.

Desmond Elliot is a Nigerian director, and politician. He was elected as a lawmaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Surulere Constituency, on the 11th April 2015 Nigerian General Elections.
