“I Have Applied To Microsoft And Was Rejected, I Have Applied For A Permanent Residency And Was Rejected”- Nigerian Man Recounts All The Moments He Has Failed In Life, Encourages Others Who Has Failed In Life

Nigerian Man named Francis U. Ebuara whose profile shows he’s presently a
PhD student and Graduate Assistant, at the Florida State University has shared a motivational post on his LinkedIn platform to encourage those who has failed in life and they keep coming on LinkedIn to see others success story.

The young man outlined all the times he has failed in life while agreeing that there is nothing wrong if one fails once in a while.

Read his post below as shared on LinkedIn:

Dear LinkedIn family,

I am excited to share that I have applied to Microsoft and was rejected. I have applied to 28 graduate programs and was rejected. I have applied for a permanent residency and was rejected. In fact, I have been rejected in all the things that I have applied for.

It is time for us to know that we won’t always be accepted wherever we apply to. And that is alright. No one should ever be made to feel like they cannot share their setbacks on LinkedIn. LinkedIn was not built for only success stories. I hear people say whenever they come on LinkedIn, they feel like their life is worthless because they’re not achieving anything.

All the oppression has to stop. We all failed at some point. We all didn’t get what we wanted at some point. We all went through the dark tunnel before seeing the light. LinkedIn should give people hope and not kill their hopes.

Thank you for sharing your failures with us!
