Moving to a new country to start a new life had me thinking I had to start small especially because I did not have any working experience here. After a week of dropping CVs all over Abu Dhabi, I saw an opening on Indeed for a Social Media Manager (this is what I’ve been specializing in since graduating).

I sent a DM on Instagram describing my capabilities and experience, I was asked to forward my CV and portfolio on WhatsApp and I went for my interview the following day!

After successfully creating top quality content for them, I was immediately hired as the Marketing Manager 🙏🏾.

I still think it’s a miracle, to say the least. Never underestimate yourself! You’re who you think you are!
