Nigerian man named Chudé with twitter handle @chude has expressed serious concern after he visited about 11 polling
units around Onitsha where there was no election yesterday because @inecnigeria didn’t show up.

He also visited some INEC offices around but no positive answers, he sat down at some point & tears began to roll down from his eyes
