upon all the work and effort put into

What a very Sad day for me. Upon all the work and effort put into
ushering in a New Nigeria, my name no even dey list.

My polling center, na 013 on Gerald rd Ikoyi but my name no dey list till | met someone else with the same problem.
Somebody pls talk to me.
