Woow… It is 365 days already.👌

Trust me I have learnt so much in one year.

Much more than my experience, here are my 3 reasons why I love working at PNG.

  1. Clear direction – At Promasidor the leaders are laser focused on goals and I find this very interesting.
  2. Performance Management System – Not for the faint-hearted. The system will not but get you hands on. You can’t hide. You will see clearly the tangible value that you add daily.
  3. Great teams – Great individuals make great teams. I love coming to work everyday because there are great minds that will always challenge me. They make my current achievements look like its kindergarten, so this helps me to sit up and move with speed daily.

Remember: Some people love to take the easy route, but I have found out that “easy doesn’t transform, and comfort will not challenge the status quo”. If what you are doing currently is not stretching you, there is every tendency you are not growing on the job.

Until you find answers to this question of “why” then you may continue to find your work stressful and tiring.
