12-Year-Old Girl Who Feeds School Children Through Her Self-Made Company Wins N500K Scholarship Award

An exceptional 12-year-old Nigerian girl, Zita Ejike who feeds school children through her self-made company has won a scholarship award worth over 500,000 Nigerian Naira.

Zita started striving to ensure no child on the street goes hungry in 2020 when she was just 9 years old.

She developed an interest in the production of natural skin and hair care products and later started a company named ZEE SHEA HUB.

From the proceeds of her Shea butter sales, she removes only what she needs to restock and uses the rest to feed and clothe the less privileged, as this has been her vision.

In recognition of her exceptional feat, Airtel Nigeria, one of the leading telecommunications company in the country, awarded her with scholarships.

According to a statement by the company, Zita’s resolve to help other children with her hard-earned money is inspiring and commendable.

“We are inspired by Zita Ejike, a 12-year-old Kidpreneur, who has positioned herself as a true example to the world that everyone can make a difference, regardless of age,” the company said.
