Nigerian Man Who Arrived The UK In Year 2015 For His Masters Program Becomes British Citizen

Nigerian man named Abdulmaleek Sado, has announced on LinkedIn that he just became a British Citizen.

Abdulmaleek arrived UK on September 2015 as a University of Edinburgh Scholar for a Master’s program.

Sharing the good news with friends, he wrote:

Today, I officially affirmed my Loyalty to the King. It has been a long journey. I arrived the UK on the 23rd of September, 2015 as a University of Edinburgh Scholar for a Master’s program in Public health, fresh from the labours of NYSC back in Nigeria.

A lot has happened since then culminating in this day. I can proudly say I am Nigerian and now also British. God save the King. 🇳🇬 🇬🇧
