It all started from a strong desire to seek a greener pasture and further my education. I graduated from the University of Ilorin with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a CGPA of 4.05/5.0 in 2018.
I became a student member of ICAN and worked in Nigeria for a while.
I started my MSc journey in September 2021 when I was offered admission to study Accounting and Finance Sheffield Hallam University UK.
My relocation to the UK was a rollercoaster of emotions. The “What ifs?, How wills? and Whens? But God did!
Sheffield Hallam University is indeed a great citadel of knowledge, networking, cultural diversity and career opportunities. I love how SHU prepared me for the outside world.
Today, I am graduating with distinction in my class.
Distinction in MSc Accounting and Finance!🎓👩🎓
Words fail me to express my gratitude to my family, friends, coursemates, lecturers
and project supervisor Freeman Brobbey Owusu PhD ACCA for their immense support towards the success of my program.
As I forge ahead in my career pursuit, I have determined to never belittle my strength and forte in this journey. I will continually seek more knowledge and help others climb the ladder of success.
Goes to say, there’s no limit to human achievement. I’m happy I challenged myself to accomplish this feat.
