Man Who Was Awarded The Best Undergraduate Teaching Assistant In The Dept Of Aeronautics Celebrates As He Graduates

A young man named Nnaemeka (Nemi) Anyamele who just graduated has outlined all his achievments in school, read his post below as shared on LinkedIn:

These last four years were not easy, and it was great to celebrate our many achievements one last time at graduation!

One particular highlight of my day was being awarded the Best Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in the Department of Aeronautics (Imperial) (I wasn’t even aware I was going to get it until a few seconds after my name was called lol, I was very much just enjoying the celebratory vibes!).

Anyone who knows me well enough will know that I am very much invested in the passing down of knowledge and wisdom to those coming after us, and it is an honour to have received this award in recognition of my work as UTA for the first year Aerodynamics and Structures modules.

Another highlight was being able to take my family round the 10×5 Wind Tunnel, which has very much been my second home throughout my time at Imperial. It was great to celebrate with the team there, particularly Kevin Gouder who has been my mentor ever since my first UROP in the Summer 2019.

This one lab has changed the course of my life, for which I’ll forever be grateful!
