26-Year-Old Lady Celebrates As She Was Awarded Two Fully Funded Scholarships, Starts MSc At University Of Wolverhampton

The month of July was an amazing month for me. Not only did I turn 26 years, but I also won two fully funded scholarships:Commonwealth Scholarships and an MBA Scholarship at Quantic School of Business and Technology.

Today marks exactly two weeks since I left the the comfort of my home and country to begin my Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Award Journey supported by Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and the University of Wolverhampton. It has been a fascinating two weeks filled with adventures and growth.

I have begun my MSc Advanced Technology Management (Sustainability) at the University of Wolverhampton where I am taught by academic leaders on how organisations can exploit existing and emerging renewable energy technologies to maximize profit and impact .

I have started my online MBA program at Quantic School of Business and Technology
where I am learning alot on finance and market economics.

I have also been selected to represent the 2022/23 Commonwealth Scholars Cohort at the Office of the High Commissioner, Nigeria High Comission for a courtesy and networking event in London.

The journey so far has not been easy but I am elated for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead and I look to returning to the renewable energy sector more equipped to facilitate clean energy transition in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.
