I decided to recycle this again! This was me in 2018 when I decided to relaunch Utiva after my first failed attempt! I had a small team of 5 and we went bankrupt and everyone left!

Well, the life of an entrepreneur is lonely. I couldn’t leave. Leave to where?

I had just one person left! Chisom! And then, Adeola joined me! And Haleemah, Bright, Daniel and Omotola and other folks who have gone to do big things and great works!

But these are lessons I hold dear to my heart!!!

Social media is hyped and you must be able to redeem yourself from the noise.

5 things that ultimately translate into real successes. Let this be your framework.

  1. Deep knowledge of subjects that matter to what you do.

I recently challenged my mentees to read (and finish) one thought-leadership report per week. Isn’t that 52 in a year.

Your knowledge is not hyped.

  1. Happy Friendship and Relationship. What is the essence of followership without real friendship! Frienship is not measured in the number of likes and comments. Build real friendship.
  2. Family is Everything: Someday, you will know what it means to be weak and reduced. When everything gets dark, it’s the family that will hold your hand. Don’t be hyped and forget your family.
  3. Real Money. Real Transaction: This is where | frown at my mentees. Don’t tell me about a partnership that doesn’t translate to real value.

The higher you go, the more financial pressure you will experience. Make real money and cut the craps. Also, invest in real assets that can be liquidated and that translate into real money.

  1. Please know God. Life will happen. Things will get out of control and you need the faith that is strengthened by quality spirituality. Those that know their God shall do exploits.
