This week I was honored to be formally recognized amongst the Global 100 Most Influential People of African Descent in support of the United Nations International Decade for People of African Descent in Newyork. Thanks to the first Virtual recognition in 2020.
I joined the Mayor Of Newyork, Mayor Eric Adams, the first black female Vice president of Costa rica and President Designate of the UN Afrodescendants Forum, HE Epsy Cambell – Barr, The chairman of Bidco Africa, Vimal Shah and dozens of others honoreers to be formally recognized.
It’s been such an inspiring week meeting and learning about the incredible things people of African descent are achieving globally and I am thankful for all the new freindships made the greater accomplishments ahead.
Thanks to @MIPAD100 for this humbling recognition and for leading the charge to recognize, unite and continuously inspire people of African Descent.
