When we started 8 years ago, we had only a drawing board with ideas, no capital or financing, even the banks all told us NO! But that did not stop us from the vision of becoming a LEADING Powerhouse of LUXURY Real Estate.

From 1 staff to over 600 staff, to designing, planning and constructing of over 2500 homes. We could have given up, but we know that SUCCESS is only guaranteed when preparation meets opportunity.

Now, Sujimoto is 8, Giuliano is 4, and the Lucrezia is about to be 1, yet our goal is to stand tall amongst the BEST not only locally but globally.
