My Chevening journey came to an end with a lot of gains, too innumerable to mention. The impact has revamped my life and business.
As a certified food expert, courtesy of the chevening awards, I was able to attract investments running into multi-millions from a network I had during the Mandela Washington Fellowship.
We have just launched a Pork Processing Plant in Port-Harcourt, Nigeria.
No one gave me a chance when I applied to study Food Engineering at Teesside University as I had almost zero academic background to study this course. My application was rejected consequently.
I appealed this decision, stating some strong reasons why I should be given a chance. The admissions committee granted my request after many deliberations. The rest is history. Lots of A’s and a couple of B’s. A resounding A and joint top in my Research Project. To the glory of GOD!
