I usually wouldn’t share a personal post here but this particular one has a strong connection to my professional life!

Just over a month ago, my life totally changed!

My amazing wife and Superwoman Yeyemide Fabamwo (Sanni) gave birth to Twin boys! This was a beautiful culmination to what has been exciting and also challenging months. It had been a roller-coaster ride, however hearing those 2 little men cry made it all worth it.

The essence of this post is to share how grateful and thankful I feel to work with a caring and thoughtful organisation like Reckitt .

As a result of the fantastic parental leave policy we have in the organisation, I have been able to spend the last 5 weeks with my wife as we navigate this new parenthood journey. (P.S I still have a lot more parental leave days to access …. Isn’t that wonderful!)

With two babies to take care of, I genuinely can’t imagine how we would have coped if I didn’t have access to this time off. It would have been a mental and physical nightmare! Not to talk about all the valuable diaper changing skills I would have missed out on learning😂.
