The Tony Elumelu Foundation has officially signed a $20million agreement with the United States Africa Development Fund (@USADF_GOV) to empower #AfricanEntrepreneurs over a period of five years!

This $20 million partnership will fund, train, mentor and provide further access to capital and market linkages for African entrepreneurs through the Foundation’s digital proprietary platform -TEFConnect.com.
