Man named Luke Oluka, has excitedly announced that he just became a Canadian citizen.

Almost a decade ago, I left the comfort of my family, friends and country for Canada. A young man with hope and dreams. Some situations questioned my decision to move to Canada, rightfully so because I was new in the country.

With time, I made a few friends, met amazing colleagues turned friends and acquaintances. One thing was certain, I never lost focus of my dreams and ambitions.

Some of which are still brewing.
However, in all celebratory facets there is, I am glad to have completed the metamorphosis of an immigrant.

I am glad to be a Canadian citizen. I am proud to be part of this great country. “Oh Canada 🇨🇦…”
