Oyinkansola Oni has just announced that she joined Microsoft.

Oyinkansola explained why she enjoyed working with the company saying
the company’s mission aligns with her personal goals- “to empower young people to achieve more” .

Oyinkansola added that it
didn’t happen in a day. but she’s grateful for the experiences, rejection, wins, support, encouragement that has brought her here.

Post MBA from Morgan State University – Graves School of Business & Management, I’m excited to be joining Microsoft, a company whose mission aligns with my personal goals- “to empower young people to achieve more” but this time on a broader spectrum; empowering every person and organization on the planet to achieve more.

It definitely didn’t happen in a day. I’m grateful for the experiences, rejection, wins, support, encouragement that has brought me here. God is indeed faithful. Going from someone initially trying to navigate her career path some years back to working in big Tech!

I hope this inspires you to keep pushing. It’s not always luck- sometimes it’s opportunity meeting your preparation. Keep preparing, learning and building.
