According To him, he
failed ICAN 17 times, but he’s working in one of the best firms in the world. Celebrating one year of working with PWC he shares how he has found favor with his boss.

I guess it’s time for my annual report on my 1 year at PwC Nigeria 😅😅

One major thing I learnt early in my career is that ‘my case is different’. If people need a first class to get a job, I will need a 2:2 or 2:1.

If people have bad experiences with a boss, I will have a perfect and awesome relationship with the person.

So I’ve come to realise that God makes the difference for me. His abundant love, favour, grace, mercy, kindness is more than enough.

Cause how do you explain that despite failing ICAN 17 times, I get to work in one of the best firms in the world; and have the time to do other things.

Talking about other things, one of the things that bother me a lot is how smart and intelligent people (we all are) don’t achieve things they set out to do, especially as regards passing ICAN exams.

A lot of people will not get promoted because they’re finding it difficult to pass their ICAN exams. Not that they are not smart or anything. Some of them even work in the best organizations. Some are very smart but failure has made them think otherwise.
