Lady Who Had No Finance In Her First Term & Was Almost Withdrawn From Her Course, Graduates With 2.1 From The University Of Essex, Starts New Job
A lady named Ely Ehi-Imafidon has shared the challenges she encountered the moment she started her studies at the university of Essex
Ely had no student finance during her first term of university, and she was threatened of being withdrawn from her course, which was law from the University of Essex.
Ely succeeded, paid her fee and graduated with a 2.1 in law.
It was double testimony for her as she also started a new position as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Gravitas Recruitment Group (UK) Ltd.
Sharing her career journey & testimony with friends, she wrote:
On Monday I closed my chapter at the University of Essex.
If I told you the journey to get to this point was easy I’d be lying. From having no student finance in my first term of university, to being threatened of being withdrawn from my course until my first term of university was paid, to questioning whether University was the path I was even meant to take. Tough would be a more accurate description of my first year of University.
Fast forward four years, overcoming each hurdle that was thrown my way including a whole pandemic! God’s favour followed me throughout. It is for this reason I am proud to say I made it out on the other side. A 2:1 LLB Law Graduate from the University of Essex. I did that!👩🏾🎓
As one chapter closes, another one opens! This month I also started my new position as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Gravitas Recruitment Group (UK) Ltd. I’m glad that every decision has led me here because I am loving my job and I wouldn’t want my story written any other way.
I’m excited for what my future holds! This is just the beginning, stay tuned 🎊.
